SoZesty Reading Guide!
The
SoZesty Blog really is therapy for me! A place where I voice and reflect on
things I see, politics, society, technology and moral responsibilities. It is
my place to talk about things I believe are important. Like fostering animals,
ever heard the phrase “who rescued whom”, these helpless creatures are our
responsibility and we are not God to just determine to kill them.
This is also a place for me to speak my mind of people and how they interact. Basically the reflection on society itself, interactions with and people itself. As an example, after again speaking my mind and voicing my opinion over an Apple issue, on Facebook that simply angered me, I suggested the company with the fruit logo could do better.
That was right around the time all the bullying issues where big on TV and discussed everywhere. You remember, where people posted their "tell an adult" -- "prevent bullying" -- "a bully is unacceptable" on Facebook. I came to realize that exactly these same people bullied me for speaking my mind about Apple, so when have we as a society become so religious about a company or a product that all this good intentions go out the windows and we do exactly what we criticize so much?
There is a longer take on this story in the Signs of our Time section under “Society & The Apple Factor” if you are interested. It is my therapy exercise to write about things like this. Politics, society, frustrations, anger, rude people and the examples of great human interactions that happen every now and again that renew your faith in people.
So as I said please have your own opinion, you are entitled to it! Form it, voice it, explain it and stand up for it! However, please give me the same freedom!
Therefore if you wish to comment, have an open and rational discussion on an issue I write about, please do. However, please state your opinion and be civil about it! If you cannot be civil about it, you want to get pissed off, angry and get personal; here is the solution to your problem. Please click on the little X in your browser and just don't read it what I have to say.
Thanks,
Franz
